ABOUT US

The Berkshire County Sports Club is a family-friendly sports club based in Sonning.

The large club house includes a bar and lounge area, two separate function rooms and changing rooms. The 32 acre site accommodates numerous grass pitches, tennis and squash courts, and a full size all weather pitch.

When Berkshire County Council ceased to exist in 1998, the Club became a self- financing entity, and now operates as a members club open to all, and currently has a membership in excess of 600 adults and 400 juniors.
Sports sections include: hockey, football, rugby, squash, tennis, touch rugby and American Football.

Less strenuous activities offered include billiards, snooker, darts and pool. Most sections offer a full range of participation from social practice to competitive matches.

Total club membership across all sports teams is considerable with numerous spectators at sporting events and training sessions.
